Being an inaugural dinner @ HomeChef, we will have a 6 course degustation dinner. Two starters, three mains and one desert.
I do not like pork and you can hardly find any pork in my menu. However, Pork Hock is a Chinese authentic dish, passed down through generations and eaten for festivals like new year and birthdays. Slow cooked for at least 8 hours with herbs, soya sauce, wine, herbs, dried & fresh mushrooms, wine and celery. The meat is so tender and juicy cooked with all these herbs that takes away any porky smell. A must-try dish.$0.000.00 NZD
A Malaysian authentic dish. Slow cooked with low flame till moist and tender in coconut cream, kaffir lime and spices. Served with coconut basmati rice.$0.000.00 NZD
