Golflands, my neighbourhood, is going to be featured on TV soon.

We had three very nice TV crew round filming Fusion HomeChef yesterday as part of the Golflands stories.

Chef Jess shared her foodies stories. From the early days where she enjoyed her aunt's Nyonya cooking, full of spices blended together and cooked with love.

Nyonya cuisine which is an early example of fusion food, one that evolved from the integration of Malay and Hokkien(Chinese) food with the colonial cuisines Portugal, the Netherlands and England.

Food is all about blending, sharing of food and connecting people.
